      Account Onboarding

      Here's a quick guide to the required documentation and information for a business onboarding with EukaPay.

      Business or Institutional Onboarding

      We require the following information/documents for your KYB (Know Your Business). 

      1. Company Information
        1. Certificate of incorporation
        2. Articles of incorporation
        3. Organizational structure chart or a Shareholder's Registry (Signed or Stamped) 
        4. Proof of company address:
          1. Must be dated within 90 days. Accepted documents include lease agreement, utility bill from renowned firm, letter from government. P.O. boxes are not accepted.
        5. Directors Registry (Signed or Stamped)
          1. Full legal name (no initials, short forms or abbreviations)
        6. Only if based in US
          1. EIN Number Document
      2. Beneficial Owners
        1. All individuals owning 25% or more of the company shares:
          1. Valid identification document (KYC)
          2. Full legal name (no initials, short forms or abbreviations).
          3. Full home address
          4. Ownership stakes & role in the company
          5. Proof of address
          6. Only if based in US:
            1. Taxpayer identification (e.g., SSN, ITIN)
            2. Country of citizenship
            3. IRS Tax Compliance
      3. Bank Settlement Information (if applicable)
        1. Bank account details
        2. Supporting bank documents
          1. We accept bank statements that must match with the bank account details and must be dated within 90 days of application.

       

      Additional information to consider before submitting your documents.

      1. We accept documents in English only. If the corporate documents are not in English, legally translated copies or certified translated copies can be submitted.

      2. Organizational structure chart has no specific format, although it should mention the full legal name of the shareholder and the percentage of ownership.

      The following are the example of organizational structure chart. This can be submitted as a table form as the Shareholder Registry.

      Example-1: Where the company has direct individual owners. 

      Example-2: Where the company onboarding is owned by another company.
