How to Set up your EukaSwap Account (Business)

This article covers how to sign up for a business account and what documents you need to provide for verification.

Step 1

Go to: https://eukaswap.com/buy/ to create your account. Fill out the information and accept the terms and conditions. Click 'Create Account'.

Step 2

An email has been sent to you for confirmation. Go to your email and check the two-factor authentication code that has been sent. This confirms your identity and the email address that you registered with. Please enter the 6-digit code and click “Submit”.

Step 3

You will get redirected to sign in to your EukaPay account. From there you will have to choose what type of account you will use.

Choose your account type, and go through the submission of contact and business information to access the dashboard and the various products.

 

Note: To use the EukaSwap line of products and get paid out, you must complete verification and connect your bank account.

The first form requests your personal details. Please fill in the form with all the required details and click “Next”.

The second form requests your address this time. Please fill in the form with all the required details and click “Next”.

The third form requests your business information. Please fill in the form with all the required details and click the tick box to proceed.

The last form checks and verifies your identity and business information on EukaSwap.

🏢 For Businesses

Complete KYB = Know Your Business verification.

Input the legal entity name of your business and registration number. Next, upload documents for proof of business registration which need to include:

  1. Names of all directors of the corporation, and
  2. Names and addresses of all persons who directly or indirectly own 25% or more of the company.

Multiple documents may be submitted to satisfy the above. Recommended documents: Articles of incorporation, Certificate of incorporation, Shareholder register, Director register (or T1235 for Charities), Organizational chart, Schedule 50 of T2 Corporate Tax Return.

🙍For Individuals or Sole Proprietors

Complete KYC = Know Your Client verification.

Upload the document that you would like to verify to identify the Representative’s affiliation with the company

Once pictures of your documents are uploaded click 'Start Verification Now' to submit the verification to Sumsub to process. This may take 2-5 minutes. You will also receive an e-mail from us once completed. If you are not already redirected back to the Dashboard you may click the "Back" button to return to our Dashboard.
