How to make a Crypto Payout?

A guide to learning how to send out crypto to your recipient.

You can access Crypto Payouts through the merchant Dashboard. 

You'll have two choices for sending Crypto Payouts, depending on your needs. If you're sending funds to one recipient, create a single payout. For multiple recipients, it's simpler to create a mass payout.

To complete a Single Crypto Payout, use the following steps (Coming Soon):

1. Click on Create Single Payout 

2. Select whether you would like to specify the dollar amount or the crypto amount to send to your recipient. Then, enter the amount, the cryptocurrency the recipient would like to receive, their wallet address, and their physical address. Once all information is filled up, click Submit.

3. Once submitted, there should be a new line item on the Payout History Table with the status Processing.

To complete a Mass Crypto Payout, use the following steps:

1. Click on Create Mass Payout.

2. If you do not have a Mass Payout document prepared, you may download a template simply by clicking Download Template

3. To fill out the template, on line rows 1 and 2 input the information including first name, last name, the recipient's physical address, source amount (dollar amount) or destination amount (crypto amount), the cryptocurrency symbol, blockchain network, and destination wallet address. 

Below is a list of cryptocurrencies and supported networks for the Crypto Payout product. 

4. Once the .csv file is prepared you may click or drag and drop the file in the dotted box. Once the .csv file is uploaded, click Submit.

5. Once submitted, there should be a new line item on the Payout History Table with the status Processing.
