[Payments](https://support.eukapay.com/for-merchants?hsLang=en#payments) # Add "Pay with Crypto" to Event Tickets ## This feature allows merchants to create seamless, user-friendly payment forms that can be used to accept online crypto payments for multiple items. Select an appropriate Use Case: In this scenario select **Event Tickets**, then click "**Next**" ![](https://support.eukapay.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-05-2025-05-07-26-0221-PM.png?width=619&height=316&name=image-png-Feb-05-2025-05-07-26-0221-PM.png) 2. Scroll down to the questionnaire section, then select the information that will be requested by your payment form. You may also request additional info by clicking "**Add additional question**", then selecting either Short Answer or Checkbox.  ![add aquestion](https://support.eukapay.com/hs-fs/hubfs/add%20aquestion.png?width=473&name=add%20aquestion.png) ***\*Note: First and last name, and email is always collected from the customer. *** 5. Under the **Ticket/Items** section, click on "**Create new ticket/item**" to add a new item to your payment form. Use the template preview on the right to review how the information you entered will look on your website. Next on the Template Details page, users are provided with three options: 1. Option 1: Under the **Link** tab, copy the link provided and paste on your website.
